Lobbies Reopened. Appointments Recommended.

SIU Credit Union reopened all of our lobbies to the public again on Monday, April 12th.

Appointments are still strongly recommended for members making non-teller transactions. These may be scheduled up to one week in advance using our Appointment Scheduler located at siucu.org or calling 618.457.3595. Appointments will take precedence over walk-in traffic.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to get back to normal business practices, while still trying to keep our members and staff as safe as possible. Our drive-ups will continue to serve members as we have over the past several months.

Here are a few tips that will help make your transactions quicker and easier.

  • Have Your ID Card Ready

For your security, financial protection, and for the protection of staff members, please have IDs available as we will ask to verify your identity before allowing admittance into the lobby. Enrolling in MemberPass will expedite this process also.

  • Masks

For in-branch visits, masks or facial coverings are required for all members and staff. If you are unable to wear a mask, we ask you to please conduct your business at the drive-thru.

  • Stay 6-Feet Apart

We have installed floor markers to help keep members 6-feet apart. We will also be limiting the number of people inside lobby areas.

  • Plexiglass Shields

We have installed plexiglass shields to keep you and our staff members safe.

  • Hand Sanitizer

Hand sanitizer will be available inside the branches.

  • Periodic Cleaning

We will repeatedly clean work stations and high traffic areas throughout the day.

  • Appointments

Make an appointment prior to visiting with a team member about your banking needs. This can be done online at siucu.org or by calling 618.457.3595 during business hours.

  • Drive-Thru

Remember, many services are available online or through the drive-thru.
