When we transition, ALL SIU CU Members will have to enroll into the new platform and create a new account.

Here are 2 quick ways to make sure you are ready for it!
- Verify your email and phone number with us, either by calling or by sending us a secure message through existing online banking.
- Make sure your smartphone or browser is up to date.
IMPORTANT INFO FOR JOINT ACCOUNTS:
Previously, there was one user account for joint account holders. On our new platform, each person on the account will now have individual logins.
If you previously only had one email attached to this joint account, make sure both account holders’ emails are listed on the account.
