SIUCU Temporarily Migrating to Drive-up Only

SIU Credit Union is closely monitoring the evolving situation related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our team is meeting regularly to review the most current guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and state and local authorities in order to make proactive adjustments to our preparedness and response plan.
To follow the protocol passed down from leaders and experts regarding COVID-19 and to protect our members and employees, SIU Credit Union will be temporarily closing our lobbies to the public starting Tuesday, March 17th. Our drive-ups will remain open and our hours won’t change. People are asked to use our drive-ups exclusively, and no exceptions will be made during this time of social distancing.
ALL transactions will be made through our drive-ups, including issuing debit cards, loan documents, any account maintenance, shared branching, assistance with online banking or other items. In addition to drive-ups, we will continue to serve members via phone, mobile deposit, online banking, ATMs and email. This policy is in effect until further notice. Please have your ID ready to expedite processes. To view the drive-up hours of your location, view our website.
SIUCU has also provided helpful tips and links on our website for banking remotely. Our goal is to keep business running as seamlessly as possible, while keeping everyone safe during this event. Visit our website for any updates at siucu.org.
