YOUR CURRENT CREDIT CARD WILL NO LONGER WORK AFTER SEPTEMBER 16, 2024
For members who may be traveling on Sept. 16 and will not have access to the new card issued by mail, please reach out to Card Services directly at 618-549-8633 and make arrangements for alternative options.

Billing Due Dates
Will Be the 19th
Consumer card payments will be due on 19th, beginning October 16, 2024. Business Credit Cardholders will continue to have their existing due date. Contact us if you need any temporary arrangements.
Points Transfer for ScoreCard Users
Platinum Plus Rewards Cardholders will be migrated to the SIUCU Rewards Platform for the equivalent value. To see your rewards, sign up for SIUCU Online Banking. Once you are logged in to your online banking account, click “Rewards”.
Your September Statement
Due to the switch happening mid-billing cycle, your credit card statement will look different for this month. Half of your transactions will be on the previous billing service; the other half will be included with your regular SIU Credit Union monthly statement.
You will still have one bill to pay during the September billing cycle.

No-Cost Travel Accident will be discontinued on Sept. 13th. Any purchases done before Sept. 13th will be honored. Any purchases going further will not be covered.
