​Let Joy handle your SIU Credit Union account tasks from anywhere with voice and text banking. No matter how you prefer to manage your transactions, we have a solution for you. Text banking lets you send text commands, check your balance, transfer funds and review your account history—find out how to enroll below. With voice banking, you can dial our audio response service with any touch tone device. From there, you’ll be able to speak with JOY to transfer funds, stop a payment on a check, estimate a loan sum and much more.
