What makes us different
SIU Credit Union is a not-for-profit, cooperative financial institution where you’re the boss. The directives that guide SIU Credit Union come from members like you—not from some Board of Directors across the country. We’re locally-owned and have served the needs of southern Illinois for over 80 years.
While banks are trying to maximize their profits, our earnings are returned to the membership in the form of additional services, higher dividends on savings, and lower loan rates. And remember— once a member always a member; once you join, you can be a member of SIU Credit Union for life.
