Setting Up Recurring Transactions in Online Banking

While most features will transfer from our current online banking program to our new version, members who currently have recurring transactions set up will need to input these manually.

These transactions could include such things as an automatic monthly payment from your checking account to your auto loan or a weekly transfer from your checking to a savings account. Rest assured, the process is quick and easy.

To view existing transactions from our existing online banking platform:

 

  1. Log into our Current Online Banking program.
  2. From the menu, select “Transactions.”
  3. Then choose “Activity Center.”
  4. Select the “Recurring Transactions” menu option from top.
  5. Review all authorized current transactions to see if these need to be added to the new platform.

 

In the new online banking system:

  1. Log in.
  2. Select ‘Transfer Money” from the top menu panel. From our Mobile App, this is accessed from the maroon “plus” button at the bottom.
  3. Follow the intuitive instructions to set these up:

 

  • Choose the account where you’d like to take the money from.
  • Select the account you where you wish to send the funds, and click “Continue.
  • Choose the amount, the date to transfer the funds, and then the frequency.
  • Choose “Continue.”
  • Review your transaction and “Go Back” to make any necessary changes or select “Continue” to complete the process.
